6.2.1. How can I add a Senior? 

You can add Seniors at any time from your profile, the dashboard, or the map by tapping the Add + button.

Your phone’s contacts list will be displayed to select as many as you want!

6.2.2. I have added a Senior, but I cannot interact with him/her. Why?

If your contact has the charts disabled and the dashboard greyed-out, it could be for these reasons:

  • Connection pending. Your invitation hasn’t been accepted yet. Tap on the Send another invitation button.
     
  • Durcal isn’t installed. The app hasn’t been download yet. Tap on the Send an invitation button and share the app through WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.

💡 Tip: After sharing the app o sending another invitation, call your contact to make sure that he/she already has the app and accepts you.

  • Both with Career profile. It’s only possible to access the family member’s information if he/she has set up the Senior profile. Among Carers isn’t possible to take care of each other, and therefore access each other's information.

Once your connection is established, the dashboard will turn purple and the charts will show their Health, Security, and Happiness status. 

 

6.2.3. How do I delete a Senior? 

If you want to delete a Senior, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to your Profile. 
  2. Tap the Family option. 
  3. Tap the bin icon next to the Senior of your choice.

Caution❗️ This action is irreversible. Your Senior needs to accept your request again to interact with.

 

6.2.4. How can I add more Carers to take care of my Senior?

If you want to add more Carers for your Senior, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Senior’s General Status screen.
  2. Tap on the Carers button.
  3. Tap on the Add button in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Select the Carers that you want to add.
  5. Send them an invitation to download the app, if they don’t have it yet. 

6.2.5. How can I share the app in a family group?

If you want to share it in a family group, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Senior’s General Status screen.
  2. Tap on the Carers button.
  3. Tap on the Share in the family group button, at the top of the screen.
  4. Select the family group where you want to share the app (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, etc.)

💡 Tip: Ask them to download it, so that all of you can start taking care of your Senior together.
