It provides an overview of the Health, Security, and Happiness scores. A green status means they’re doing great.
💡 Tip: If it’s red, you should check what’s going on.
6.3.2. Health Status
It provides a score based on the information collected from the step counter and the type of activity they’re currently doing (E.g. Walking, cycling, stopped…).
6.3.3. Security Status
It provides a score based on the phone battery, connectivity levels, and the current Senior’s location.
Also, you can define places such as Home, Neighborhood, etc. for each contact.
6.3.4. Happiness Status
It provides a score based on how often you call your Seniors, and how often you share pictures with them.
The app will remind you when it’s time to call again and when you’d send a picture.
6.3.5. Action cards
Every time something happens, you’ll see a card below the charts that indicate what the issue is and the suggested action to take. By taking those actions, you increase your contact’s Health, Security, and Happiness scores.
đź’ˇ Tip: Always try to keep all the charts at their maximum level to ensure your Seniors are OK.
6.3.6. Picture cards
Once your Seniors start receiving pictures from you and from other Carers, a card with the last picture received will automatically appear in the Senior’s General Status.
💡 Tip: If you tap on it, you’ll directly access the Photos section, where you’ll find all the pictures sent by the Senior’s family members.
